Send us an inquiry by filling our form, once we check the availability we will email you the offer.
After your booking is confirmed, Galaxy Apartments will email you the rental agreement, which can be signed electronically.
Once the agreement has been signed, you will automatically receive:
- A copy of the signed rental agreement.
- An invoice for the security deposit.
- An invoice for the first month's rent.
Both the security deposit and the first month's rent must be paid before your move-in date.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Please ensure both invoices are paid on time, as we can only provide access to the apartment after payment has been received.
Approximately two weeks before your move-out date, you will receive an automated email with a link to securely provide your bank account details. This allows us to process the refund of your security deposit promptly after your tenancy ends, subject to the terms of your rental agreement.
